At Airflex, our extensive knowledge in architectural metalwork makes us a perfect choice for custom grills. With over 47 years of experience, we ensure precision and value with every product we manufacture. Our Perforated grilles are an example of our design products and they come in many shapes, sizes and styles. Materials used for our perforated grilles include aluminum, bronze, stainless steel, and steel. Grilles range in thickness from 1/16 in minimum to 1/2 in maximum. Many types of finishes are also available including mirror polished, satin, statuary bronze, primed, baked enamel colors, and anodized finishes (black, gold, clear, and duranodic). Most perforated grilles feature uniform patterns of standard-size holes punched across the sheet or coil. However, custom perforating by Airflex is infinitely more versatile and ensures your needs are met with the highest satisfaction.
Our Aluminum perforated grilles are an economical solution for applications requiring low profile, durable grille coverings for supply or return air in ceilings, sidewalls, sills, transoms, baseboards, sophists, electrical or any opening that requires a rugged covering. They are available with optional whole patterns and designs, and can be manufactured to your requirements, including options of clear or color anodized after perforating.
We also offer perforated grills in Brass with standard finishes including polished and lacquered. Brass perforated grilles are economical, lightweight, high strength, and are easy to install.
